The Dining Room

An Intimate Setting

The dining room at Velvetan Donyx is designed for intimate gatherings, with dark wood, leather seating, and warm lighting that creates a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. The space features smoked mahogany accents and candlelit tables, while the layout encourages conversation and comfort. Every detail, from the polished surfaces to the soft glow of the sconces, is intended to make a meal feel like a private occasion rather than a public outing.

The Dry-Aged Grill

Craftsmanship Over Fire

Our dry-aged grill is the heart of the kitchen, where premium cuts are aged in-house and cooked over an open flame to achieve a perfect crust and tender interior. The grill uses a combination of wood and charcoal for flavour, and steaks are dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days. The result is a dining experience that balances primal heat with careful technique, offering a depth of flavour that cannot be rushed.

Craft Cocktails & Barrel Spirits

Liquid Artistry

The bar at Velvetan Donyx is a destination in itself, featuring a curated selection of barrel-aged spirits and handcrafted cocktails that complement the dining experience. Signature cocktails are inspired by classic recipes with a modern twist, and the bar features a backlit display of premium spirits. Whether you are settling in before dinner or lingering after a poker session, the bar offers a refined pause.
